Conducting a series of trainings for service providers from health institutions and non-governmental organizations. We also conducted a series of educational awareness campaigns on how to prevent COVID-19 and how to deal with the Corona pandemic. Citizens of all ages were educated in different places in the country (airport – schools – universities – Quran memorization mosques – health institutions – governmental and non-governmental institutions – public places – commercial markets – via social media) in order to raise awareness among Libyan citizens on how to deal with the Corona pandemic. The April Foundation was one of the first institutions to carry out awareness activities on COVID-19. The Foundation’s work did not stop at awareness and training only, but rather included a series of research studies and statistics to find out the citizen’s awareness of COVID-19 and a research study on the psychological impact of the Corona pandemic, and then published it in international magazines. The April Foundation also participated in the first conference on the Corona pandemic, attended by important figures and decision-makers, headed by the Prime Minister of Libya, and presented the most important achievements made by the April Foundation with the Corona pandemic
